Oak Brook, IL—Athletico Physical Therapy released their inaugural Athletico Podcast episode Thursday Sept. 5. Every Thursday a new episode will be released, devoted to helping listeners enhance their health and quality of life. The Athletico Podcast is an extension of the existing Athletico Blog that runs weekly on their site www.athletico.com/blog/.
The first episode of Athletico’s Podcast explores the world of healing and well-being through the four dimensions of one’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Through compelling interviews with leading health and wellness experts, audiences gain information and suggested actions that they can take to improve their quality of life. Daphne Scott, ScD, OCS, hosts each Athletico Podcast.
“Starting this podcast was a perfect way for Athletico to reach more people and discuss great content with them to support their well-being,” Scott said. “I feel like this is a great way to connect with our communities and beyond. We have a lot of great people at Athletico that love contributing to listener’s desires to be healthy and well.”
Scott is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Regional Manager with Athletico Physical Therapy. Daphne has been with Athletico for 15 years. She has studied with the industries top-level executive coaches, consciousness experts and organizational psychologists. Scott also is equipped with improvisational and entertainment skills, trained by Second City’s Improvisational Conservatory Program.
