Oak Brook, IL—Athletico Physical Therapy is proud to announce Joseph Giles as the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. In this role, Giles will be responsible for developing and leading Athletico’s growth strategy and advancing operational best practices across the company. This includes, but is not limited to, cultivating and supporting specific growth initiatives as well as sourcing acquisition opportunities.
Prior to starting with Athletico, Giles was a Director with Vista Equity Partners in Chicago. Giles was responsible for leading change management initiatives and instituting operational best practices at several of Vista’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Vista, Giles was a Director in the Business Services Investment Banking Group at Barclays. Overall, Giles offers over 15 year of M&A and financing experience, in addition to an accounting and legal background.

Giles offers over 15 years of mergers and acquisition experience, as well as an extensive background in finance.

Giles holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in Business Administration, with a Juris Doctorate in Law, from The University of Michigan.
