Dr. Jason Rodeghero joins us on the EIM Clinical Podcast this week to discuss the path into Executive Leadership. He is in a unique position, not just within the PT profession, but also in the medical and healthcare community as a whole. He’s been involved in residency and fellowship education over the years as well. He is a shining example of how if you stay focused and remain open to opportunities, your career can be multi-faceted and you can have a major impact on those around you.
Dr. Rodeghero is the Senior Vice President of Rehabilitation & Occupational Health for OSF Healthcare, in Peoria, Illinois. He is the senior executive leader over a division that includes all therapy services, occupational health, employee health, and wellness for a 13-hospital system. Prior to this role, he was the Program Director for the EIM Orthopaedic Residency Program and the Assistant Director of the EIM Orthopaedic Residency and Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship programs. He is a certified athletic trainer, has board certification as an orthopaedic clinical specialist, and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. He also has several publications in various peer reviewed scientific journals.
