Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, Occupational Ergonomics, and Geriatrics to Join EIM’s Certification Offerings
Evidence in Motion (EIM) is proud to announce the addition of three new certification programs to their postprofessional physical therapy educational offerings. The programs, Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Certification, Occupational Ergonomics Certification, and Geriatric Certification, are accepting applicants for the next cohort starting in January 2015.
Like EIM’s other certification programs, the new certifications will be approximately 12-months long and incorporate EIM’s proven combination of online didactic learning and hands-on weekend intensive. The weekend intensive lab courses occur at EIM Network Partners and academic centers, which are conveniently located in key geographic areas around the country.
New to EIM, the Occupational Ergonomics and Geriatric certifications offer clinical tracks open to both physical and occupational therapists. Physical therapists will have the option to earn a Postprofessional DPT with additional coursework. Additionally, applied tracks for these certifications are now available to other rehab professionals including but not limited to physical therapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants and rehab nurses.
