Evidence In Motion Hires New Business Development Manager

Former President of a physical therapy educational company brings more than 8 years of industry experience to Evidence In Motion

Evidence In Motion (EIM), an industry leading online educational institution providing top-notch postgraduate and continuing education programs for physical therapists, is pleased to announce a new role and hire within the company.

Lesley Poladsky joins EIM as the company’s first Business Development Manager. Most recently, Lesley served as the president of a physical therapy educational company, managing both the marketing strategy and operational solutions for the company. According to EIM Managing Partner Larry Benz, PT, DPT, MBA, “Lesley is the perfect candidate to fill this critical new position. Her experience and proven track record of success in the realm of physical therapy education will be invaluable as EIM seeks to meet the current and future needs of our network partners and students.”

Lesley earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Denver in 2003.  In 2005, she began working in a private physical therapy practice advancing from a front office position, to the office manager, and ultimately served as president of the company.   In 2008, the owner of the practice started a continuing education company for physical therapists; Lesley served as President of the new company as well.  Lesley is excited to be a team member of EIM as she shares the passion of the company in elevating the physical therapy industry and the professionals that make it happen.
