Executive Program Graduate Dinner

We will be arriving at Peohe’s around 7:00 PM. Dinner including appetizers, salad, entrée and dessert for students is covered by EIM and alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the wait staff. Please indicate your (and any guests) entrée’ choice by selecting one of the options below. If you have a guest, dinner will be $66 per person and $24 for children and includes tax and gratuity. If you bring a guest who is a child, a children’s menu will be available at the restaurant.

    • Blackened Salmon served with Tropical Fruit Salsa with coconut ginger rice
    • Mahi Mahi Mai’a sauteed with bananas, macadamia nuts, and Frangelico
    • Filet Mignon, served medium with garlic mashed potatoes
    • Orange-Sesame Glazed Tofu “steak” with Chef’s Vegetable Medley
    • Vegetarian Pasta
