Return Merchandise:
PRIOR to
sending back merchandise, please call our customer service staff for complete
instructions and a return authorization number. Returned items will not be
accepted without authorization. Credit will be issued for merchandise amount
only. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless an item is defective
or was shipped in error. Not all items are returnable and some manufacturers
may charge restocking fees.
Lost or Damaged
Orders:
Please inspect your shipment PRIOR to signing the
carriers' delivery receipt. Check that you received the correct number of
boxes, look for external damage and immediately open all cartons, checking for
concealed damage. If any problems are discovered after delivery, call the
carrier first then call EIM. Claims must be filed with the carrier no more than
7 days after delivery. Keep all packing materials until carrier completes
inspection.

exchange. We'll gladly issue a return authorization number and arrange for a
