Evidence In Motion’s Network Partner Receives the American Physical Therapy Association’s 2009 Practice Award

Louisville, KY (8/12/2009)- Evidence In Motion is pleased to recognize
and collaborate in the success of Texas
Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS), EIM’s first Network Partner. TexPTS was
selected to receive the American Physical Therapy Association’s (APTA) 2009
Practice Award. The Private Practice Section of the APTA is bestowing this
award upon TexPTS for their innovative methods and overall success, including the
use of EIM’s unique training programs to differentiate and support the growth
of their practice. Practice Award recipients have positively impacted the
shape, scope and quality ofphysical
therapy private practice and have contributed to the overall development of
physical therapy as a caring profession.
EIM collaborated with TexPTS to implement
the use of their distance-based Residency and Fellowship programs. The programs
are capable of training large numbers of students utilizing the latest
educational technologies. Training programs such as these are an efficient and
realistic way to grow a large, multi-site practice staffed with highly
