EIM’s Postprofessional OTD program allows students to take an active role in the creation of their educational pathway. Students can meet professional goals while completing the coursework in specialty areas of their clinical interest. There are two tracks offered within the OTD program. This includes the Single OTD Track and the Dual OTD Track.
The Single Track OTD requires completion of 30 total credit hours. The OTD core coursework includes 15 credits of online coursework. The remaining 15 credits are selected by the student using our online OTD Elective Catalog. These credits can be completed entirely online in a blended learning format or can include weekend lab sessions.
The Dual Track OTD allows students the opportunity to complete an Advanced Certification in addition to the OTD. Students are required to complete the 15 credits of online core OTD coursework plus the required credits within the Certification program they have selected. Students must complete a minimum of 30 total credits between the two tracks. If additional credit hours are needed to fulfill the minimum requirement they can be selected from the OTD Elective Catalog.
